Your receiving options

At Omniva locations

When you receive an SMS, email or mobile app push notification, simply go to the location specified in the message to pick up your parcel.

Courier

Once your parcel is prepared for delivery by our courier, you will receive an SMS with the delivery time. Additionally, the courier will contact you by phone before arriving at your address.

If you set your receiving preferences on mano.omniva.lt, parcels will be routed accordingly.

Redirection

Enables you to easily redirect parcels or letters from the original destination to a new parcel machine, home address or post office.

Extend storage time

Extend your parcel storage time in the parcel machine or post office to suit your schedule, ensuring your shipment is ready for pickup whenever is best for you.

Parcel not visible

If you have sent a parcel and it is not visible for tracking or if you have a question about your parcel, please get in touch with us.

Lost shipment

If you have sent a parcel and it has been more than 3 weeks since you posted your shipment, please get in touch with us.

Damaged shipment

If the shipment you sent has been damaged during transportation, you can get in touch with us to apply for a refund.
